Doorway pages also known as landing pages, are pages set up by a black hat SEO webmaster with the sole intention of attracting traffic via search engines, to his website.

The doorway pages themselves may also be using other black hat SEO practices such as spamdexing, keyword stuffing and cloaking, therefore it has no content value for the surfer.
